I have exactly the same problem. Printing starts very slow, like after 5 minutes, on P1006 printer after I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. However, the problem seems to be specific to Microsoft Excel 2007 for me. Printing in other programs (Adobe reader) or web browser starts immediately as usual. The other user in my organization with a newly purchased P2035 printer has a completely opposite problem, printing starts very slow in Adobe reader but not in Excel. I think there must be something wrong with the printer drivers, and their compatability with Windows 10, as far as I can tell.
