I have a HP G60-519wm. Canon 7d Icc Profile Viewer here. I am trying to run a recovery. When i press f11 it takes me to the recovery manager, system recovery shows up but is shaded and I can't select it.

When i run microsoft system restore I get and error code saying it can not be completed. Nortons is not activated on the computer. I also read somewhere that having the wifi off can affect the recovery, but i can't turn the wifi on hitting the button does not turn it on. I cannot run the computer in safe mode, it just takes me back to the windows error recovery screen, where i click on launch startup repair and it takes me to the recovery manager.
