Check to see if tthere is paper stuck in the printer.there is a door in the back on bottom and you can open it and see if there is paper stuck in there. I had one printer that would not let the paper go all the way through. Come to find out someone had put a pen and it rolled down in the back where the paper went and once I took out the pen the printer worked again. Just have to see what is pluging the printer.
